ROSSWORDS provides complete mail and fulfillment services for its customers. In order to facility these services, the company receives databases containing confidential information, for the express purpose of conducting promotional Admail campaigns through Canada Post.

ROSSWORDS shares this collected information only with select, trusted affiliates and suppliers in order to provide mail and fulfillment services on behalf of its customers, with the express consent of its customers.

ROSSWORDS makes every reasonable effort to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of privileged information under its control. The company’s security policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary.

Only authorized ROSSWORDS employees and suppliers have access to the confidential information that it collects. We keep your information for the time we are providing you with a product or service, and for a reasonable time thereafter, in the event that you wish to resume service.
